25th February – 4th April (6 weeks)

The “Spring” term is about to finish and here are the dates for yoga courses this summer: the first class will be week beginning 16th April and the last class will be week beginning 9th July. This is a 12 week term and there will be no classes during half-term, 28th-31st May.

On Saturday 13th January, 10-11am, there will be a free taster class for beginners or those who want to try Iyengar Yoga for the first time. This class will take place at the Charlbury Community Centre. Please contact Matthew to let him know you are attending or if you have any questions.

Classes have now stopped for the summer and I am off to Pune, India to attend classes with the Iyengar family at the main institute there. (More information about the institute in Pune (RIMYI) can be found here.)
The Autumn term will start week beginning 4th September 2017 and run for 7 weeks. Half-term break will be 23rd-27th October and then there will be another 7 weeks finishing on 14th December. For details of the full timetable at the Charlbury Yoga Studio please go to the classes page.
Please note exciting news! – the Tuesday 7-8.30pm class will now be at the new Charlbury Community Centre with more space in a modern, purpose designed room. This class will be available as a drop-in class. Please contact me for more information.
The Summer term will get underway on Monday 24th April. Courses will run for 5 weeks until half-term (29th May-2nd June) and then resume on 5th June for 7 weeks. (Please note there will be no Monday morning class for the first half of term.) I have few spaces here and there, particularly in the Thursday morning Intermediate class, so please get in touch if you would like to join. Many thanks!

The summer term of classes will start on 11th April 2016 and will run until 14th July with no classes during half-term (30th May-2nd June). There are a total of 13 weeks of classes in the summer term and you can see the weekly timetable here.
