The dates for the Spring term 2020 are as follows:
6th January – 14th February (6 weeks)
24th February – 3rd April (6 weeks)

There will be a new beginners class on Wednesday evenings, 7-8pm.
In other news, I passed an assessment in November 2019 so I am now officially a Senior Intermediate Level 2 Iyengar Yoga teacher!
